Don't care.
But fans, generally speaking, side with owners. And it's pretty strange.

Or do they just side with their team who is represented by the owner over the player?

because we give a frick if the team wins. We don’t give a frick who has 20 points

This is true.

But, and Russillo rants about this a lot, you can be pro player but also not think that every single thing players want and do is correct. Like, you can be pro player but also recognize what a piece of shite Harden was for what he did to get out of Houston. You can do both.

Maybe it's not a 100% all or nothing? Maybe we side with owners when they are the rational ones, and we side with the players when they are the rational ones. The owners aren't always right, and the players also aren't always right.

What’s strange about it? They should.

People cheer for their teams. The players constantly change but the team (for the most part) stays.

Most fans are fans of teams, not particular players. The owners represent the team and want what is best for the team.

It really is. We've all had shitty jobs and dreamed of having the leverage to tell the boss to shove it. These guys have that leverage. It's just jealousy IMO.

And FWIW, I can't stand Draymond. Cheap shot artist.
