What about incorrectly shutting down a business? Is that an indication of a power trip?
It was barely dancing, but I’m not sure that’s the point. She didn’t even follow the rules she was there to enforce because of her own perception (or perhaps ignorance)...what do you call this?

Whatever you want to call it, it's inappropriate. It sure looks like it didn't hurt her feelings one bit to shut somebody's livelihood down.
How would you like if your boss walked up to you, laid you off, and then started to clap and kind of do a little dance as though he's having a good time? I agree that's not the biggest part of the story, but it sure looks like she is a complete fricking bitch and having a good time being one.

It displays her lackadaisical attitude moments after telling someone they can't earn money to provide for their families - and doing so erroneously.
It's disgusting. Even if it WERE an appropriate shut down, which is wasn't, it should be treated with a funeral like attitude, not a fun little adventure with happy dancing.

Yes I did, and there's absolutely no reason for a health inspector to dance like that in that situation. Hell she clapped her hands for a bit first, and not in a "chop chop" manner.
