I’ve said it before, but Spotify had refunded me in the past for removing songs I was trying to listen to. It just happened to be DAC. All it took was a quick email and boom a year refunded. No argument. They know what they’re doing.

I don’t disagree that’s a line that wouldn’t fly today but it’s still censorship. And there’s plenty of songs that explicitly glorify murder, rape, and in general beating the shite out of women and those songs are openly celebrated as great music. I don’t want those songs censored either. I want music companies to act like a platform. Shutting people off from any form of art is an awful precedent that history shows us is what comes before and alongside much more intense forms of tyranny.

I called them and basically went off on some poor guy over the phone. Clearly just a call center guy. But I told them it’s ridiculous to purge songs like this while promoting songs that glorify murder rape and female abuse. Totally hypocritical. It’s the antithesis of liberalism and the free expression of ideas.

So I imagine most all rap music is now banned because of that word? Good then, because if DAC is being selectively censored then by definition, that's racism in every sense.
