His game against Houston was spectacular. High reel game

I remember when he committed to us. It was a huge get for the program at that time and a must get! It was awesome watching him run for 4 years!

I remember we were down a couple of scores and looked to be headed for an embarrassing opening game loss and then he just said Nope and took over. That game and his game vs UK a year later were just insane.

I agree and maybe Charles Alexander second...but for college only...Jim Taylor was the best in the Pros...I don't reckon anyone remembers Jim Taylor or Steve Van Buren........

I actually think it was Cecil Collins.

No argument from me. He (along with Burrow) should be the next to go up in the Ring of Honor.

Man talk about a “what could have been” guy. Unbelievable player. Arguably as good if not better than Faulk

The OL in that game absolutely demolished the Houston DL.

So no ones gonna mention Billy Cannon? Alright then.

He had more heart than most, a true Tiger, and a privilege to watch for four years from the South upper.

He deserves as much credit as anyone for this 20 year run. He changed the narrative that the best players from Louisiana don’t have to leave the state. All eyes on 3.

Such a shame he didnt have better teammates. Had he played for the elite LSU teams a decade later, he could have been a Heisman finalist.

Hard to argue that one
Been so many great ones
Joseph Addai if you ever needed a first down get him the ball
Fournette of course
I know it’s recent but CEH was spectacular to watch
Gavin “The Ghost” Grey
Jeremy Hill
Justin Vincent the list goes on
But yeh Faulk was a game changer

Used to watch him play against my Acadiana high school rams , he played for the carancro bears it was ridiculous the rams defense look like the was running slowly , thought to myself I pray he goes to LSU

You know who I loved to watch when he was at the height of his powers? Alley Broussard. I remember sitting in the rain in Tiger Stadium watching him run all over Ole Miss. (I think it was the Rebels.) He was glorious in his prime. If I recall correctly, his career was derailed by an injury.
