I’ve successfully managed to capture a diamond in a gold band for my wife. Do I win?

Here ya go Elon. Their poop builds soil which provides a better environment for grass to take off. Managed well, cattle will have the roots grow deep which includes more carbon sequestered. What do I win?

frick that. If climate change is literally an existential threat, then only the government should have total control of dealing with it. We have to give the government unlimited power and control over all aspects of life in order to deal with this threat. Only practical option we have.

It would be great if someone came up with a method that would be excepted, it’s pretty big of Musk to make this offer and actually the US government should be matching it or making other large offers for this technology. With the liberal government running the stolen White House, carbon capture is one of the only hope for America’s massive coal potential and dying coal industry, one of the few ways that foreign countries hadn’t been able to break Americans strength was with power generation, we had the largest supply of cheapest fuel known to man and electricity isn’t like oil or gas, it can’t be shipped in from China or Russia or Central America or even Canada, we were self sufficient and those who are interested in weakening America did not like that and have been using the EPA and special interest groups like Sierra Club to force fossil fuel out, because they knew fossil fuel was America’s biggest strength.
If Musk or someone can’t motivate a carbon capture method or find other techniques, coal, diesel, fuel oil and eventually natural gas will be killed off by this and future administrations.

We could build a pipeline going east to west that midwest ethanol plants (biggest contributors by far) plug into and send CO2 out west to frackers that use CO2 to access cheap fuels and sequester carbon, wgile .. Wait, frick, I forget we elected Biden.

A sock over a tailpipe would capture some carbon. Where do I pick up my check?

im assuming he needs this to go on the tail end of the NG or coal fired power plants that would be required for powering an all-electric vehicle fleet.

That $100MM investment would could turn into an enormous amount of money for him

Should use the machine Jethro Bodine invented to capture smog

For as smart as elon is he appears to be a dumbass on carbon. Lowering co2 levels would be catastrophic for the environment.
