Raymond Weber, 29, older brother of rapper Marcus Weber, known as Uzzy Marcus, has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder
Raymond, known as Zino, is accused of killing two women inside his Vacaville, California, apartment on Saturday morning
On Monday one of his victims was identified as his fiancee, 26-year-old Savannah Rae Theberge from Georgia, mother of a four-year-old son
Police arrived at the apartment after being alerted by a woman who said she saw Weber in livestream video sitting next to women's bodies
In the video, Weber is seen brandishing a gun while crouching beside a woman's body, and accusing the victims of setting him up
Weber says in the video: 'Uzzy Marcus wanna have me killed'
After eight-hour standoff with police, Weber was tasered and arrested
Weber's two brothers are also currently behind bars
Marcus Weber is in county jail on counts of endangering the life or health of a child and possession of a firearm by a felon
Their young brother, Antoine Weber, is serving time in state prison after pleading no contest to killing Raymond's girlfriend in 2014
