Goviex is essentially at 12 month lows.

Most of the developers are in the lower half of their 52 week distributions. URNJ is also (although I believe they were first listed in February).

I'm too overweight to add on this dip. I definitely would if I could

Man I wish I was just starting this trade right now. So many appetizing entries. $DNN, $SRUUF ($U.UN), $UUUU, etc are so tempting here. Just holding the line for now

I'm putting a percent of each paycheck into the sector. Good problem to have

What’s the take on Southern Company SO as a nuclear play?

Obv not a pure play…

Quite the move in spot the last couple of days. Hopefully this will be a sustained move and will get equities going again. Sprott still at a big discount to NAV

I'm hoping things stay right where they are now for another few months.

Buying steadily.

Wouldn't surprise me at all if we see lower lows at some point honestly. The broader market looks rough for the year and may drag us down. Would love one more good buying opp though.

Yeah.

TBH I have no confidence in my ability to predict the larger market. Being as high as it is doesn't make a lot of sense to me.

I agree Uranium will be dragged down in the short term if the Dow deflates or the bond markets get scary.

I don't have enough time invested learning about the company to have a worthwhile opinion

Sounding like a broken record, but the story for uranium demand, available supply etc continues to get better and better. I am taking lumps and made some foolish option bets that cost me - but holding core position strong and just being patient.

I’ve been holding a modest URA position for awhile at a 24.50 cost basis. I had been able to sell OTM calls against it, but the vol has dried up to the point that I can’t do that now… even going a few months out, there’s just no bid for the calls I’d need to sell. But I agree with your premise on the space. So to diversify away from just URA, what other players are healthy and promising in your opinion?

Safest options are probably:
URNM
URNJ
U.UN
CCJ

So all ETF or fund picks, no individual stocks? I am going to probably jump in this play tomorrow.

The first three are two etfs and a bet on the price of Uranium. CCJ is the biggest western player in the Uranium sector.

I have speculated on some riskier companies with the hope of more unlikely gains. But the smart thing to do is get your URNM, U.UN, URNJ positions and then decide if you want to risk money that might not work out on some other gambles.

I second this. I'm jealous you get to have this as your entry point haha these waves take some conviction to ride.

Been a hell of a couple of days. Hopefully we can have some follow-through but this is nice to see. Spot ask has reached $55 as well

Sentiment check. Spot price is climbing and SPUT is grinding higher. The sector seems pretty resilient through choppy tape to me. Looming broader market issues scare me in the short term but the underlying foundation of this thesis is just so solid. Holding on tight over here still
