ASW is a great distillery. They are putting out some truly unique stuff, and it’s all from their own mash bills. This is made from peated barley that they import from Scotland to make their American version of islay scotch. Seriously y’all need to get on seelbachs and try some of their different releases.

Who has tried the new little book? I really liked last year's, but got one at 80 and the other at 90. Rouses has them for 117. It seems like 100 should be the max for that bottle.

I think that price is high and should be no more than $80...(ETA: have not tried, going off of history)

LPD is this fantastic rye...wow, what a pick

I had no idea that stuff was so much more expensive than regular Booker's. I got two of the last Booker's batch for $90 at Dorignacs and $73 at Martin. Can't say I see myself dropping almost 120 on Little Book.

Not bad at all. My first time trying it. I've been eyeing a bottle for a while as well, and Martin's had it for $55 or $56, so I grabbed one. It's got a lot of white oak and chocolate notes to it. It goes down easy as well. Happy to have it in the rotation as a change of pace.
