Update: my wife ended up having to have an emergency section last night, she’s doing well, but hasn’t slept in 2 days. Baby is in NICU for meconium aspiration, but is progressing and moving in the right direction.

Congratulations EPIC, It's not uncommon for there to be meconium if baby stressed prior to birth. Usually results in having to perform a C-section, so as long as everyone moving the right direction it will be a bump in the road. Good luck to your baby and wife, and try to get some sleep you'll need it. (I do Anesthesia for a living so we see this often)
