Lil blind test tonight. Ole lady brought me the first pour of her choice then the second.
I was able to guess which was which, each very distinct.
Which one is my favorite? Yes
Both are excellent. Just depends what profile you prefer. I like the Old Forester profile.
Turkey profile is equally as good to me, just different.
Like putting a bag of ranch Doritos and cheese Doritos in front of me. I’m tearing both bags up. No clear favorite.

The upside is those Kluke batches are released pretty frequently and are very consistent. I was a little worried about quality dropping with bigger batches, but that's not been the case.
First for me is a Manhattan. One would think willett could invest in a more reliable cork. At least what's inside is really good.

Tried Lindores Abbey Spanish Red Wine Cask while I was in Scotland. Can’t seem to get it here in the states. What’s a comparible? It’s a lowland, without much peat.

What did you think of the Ben Holladay?

Holliday is very good, right now I would say I like it and Bardstown Bottle in Bond more than 107. The Rickhouse proof Holladay is awesome.
