you are fricking retarded. seriously. grandma isn't on Twitter. he POSSIBLY convinced 4900 retards who really are too stupid to vote not to vote.

4900 is not massive. it is far less than margine of victory in any state (yes this is the new rule we go by after this election. not enough to change the election. he would have to have I believe over 80 thousand to actually change 2016) 4900 over 50 states is less than 100 people per state.

+people who probably texted just to see wtf happened.

+people who were in on it who texted just as a joke (btw this was done on a site that has hundreds of thousands on at a time)

+people who were not in the US at all.

I really doubt he had much effect if any at all on any actual voting.

There is literally no evidence of this. None.
The DoJ has a record of the 4900 unique telephone numbers that texted in response to this scheme. Do you REALLY think that the DoJ did not call those numbers and ask the owners about this sequence of events?

That's where the extended warranty shite started.

It like the XC part votes on Wednesday BS, if a person falls for that they shouldn't have a vote.

I know you posted this in jest, but it raises a valid point.

Would 4900 votes have changed the EC? Nah. But that is a LOT of votes affected by one, single person.

In my view, if ONE Dem county clerk tossed ONE Trump ballot into the circular floor file, that clerk should be prosecuted. No, it did not affect the EC, but the way to prevent LARGE fraud is by prosecuting the small fraud when you see it.

Like the other poster said, I don't CARE which party did it or benefited from it.

Wait, what? That's protected free political speech. I don't like bozos, but they have a right to be bozos and say or even promote bozo things.

I hope not. If this guy DID what is ALLEGED, he should go to jail. He lied to potential voters who opposed HIS candidate and told them that they could vote by text and thus "avoid the lines" of voting in person. He tricked potential opposing voters into NOT going to vote. 4900 of them. That is election fraud, on a massive scale.

Hank, you are such a fricking bitch, good lord

Where was this fervor a month or two ago when the democrats stole the whole fricking election? Where was your outrage then?

And please, save me the ‘show me the evidence’ bullshite. You know this election was a damn farce

It doesn’t matter what I think. There is no proof that this...

I dont GAF. Throwing someone in jail for memeing? Really?

Can we jail Kathy Griffin for beheading the president in effigy now? I'm sure she scared a bunch of drooling idiots somewhere. right? Think of the retarded, nazi-esque door you're opening.

we need zero verification of any voter, even AFTER an election. We cant verify signatures, even when vote totals exceed registrations in a district. Sworn accusations of fraud are tossed by judges without review - but some dude who made a dank meme needs to be jailed for disenfranchising people?

what about these dudes? I'm pretty sure they stopped a few folks from voting. What ever happened to them?

There is no way this isn't protected speech/satire/parody.

If the guy held office, was a credentialed journalist, officially associated with a campaign, maybe there might be something there, but just some rube making jokes on Twitter?

If this has legs, the 1st Amendment is dead.
