Baton Rouge has got to be the trashiest city in the USA

This place is a mess. Honestly I cannot believe what I see when I drive around town. Just look at the I-10 corridor through the City. It’s incredible how much junk is along the side of the highway everywhere in the Parish. Who on earth would want to move here?
