That’s the only thing I can think of that’s making so many up and coming talented DCs turn down DBU. I’m afraid somethings going to explode a little later this year.

How many that we have offered have turned us down? 1? 2 if you count Nielsen drama?

2 coaches agreed to come to LSU

what part of this piece do you not understand?

in life, sometimes you don't get what you want, but you might get what you need

Freeman didn’t come because he is a huge family man and didn’t want to leave the north. Nielsen was screwed by the saints and didn’t really have a choice. It’s just some unfortunate events. You people are crazy.

There have only been two people offered the job that we know of and only one turned it down by choosing another job. The other one actually accepted the job but had contract issues.

How many times have you been called by a head hunter, but never even take the interview because you feel comfortable with what you’re accomplishing and would like to see through the long term plan you have put into place? I’m sensing (at this juncture in the process - this year) that could be a significant factor. This was a weird year due to Covid impacts on time frames of availability when one puts most all their eggs in one basket.

Really? Uhm...how many talented DCs have turned down DBU so far according to you?

Let's see, Ed O offered two guys thus for. First, he offered Marcus Freeman who initially accepted the job until he got home and his wife vetoed it not because of Title IX, but because his wife said it was too far away from home.

Then the only other guy to be offered the job Ryan Nielsen initially accepted the job until the Saints and Sean Payton informed him that, per his contract, he couldn't actually take the job. Again, nothing whatsoever to do with Title IX.

Meanwhile, per your post, you obviously know more than everyone else, so name all the prospective DC candidates that have since turned down the DC job at DBU for Title IX concerns?

Only 1 DC has turned LSU down.

LSU sent 1 back to Starkville.
The Saints blocked 1 from leaving their building.

I would go the auburn route where, no matter whom you hire even if it is the 17th choice, come out and say every one on your search committee was leaky retards and claim whomever you hire was actually the first choice.

It’s not. Why would the offensive guys flock here and not defensive guys if it was title 9. I know it’s asking a lot for rantards to use their brains but let’s try just a little. O doesn’t get to fire everyone if title 9 was a legit issue.
