Will wade is a joke giving Thomas the green light!!! That’s just bull crap!!!! He only makes 3 out of 10 shots!!!!!!! He needs to coach him up to be a team player and not a “ME” player!!!

Wasn’t he leading the conference in the scoring for the first like 8 games?
Obviously he should be able to shoot and you can’t stop him now. You don’t take the green light off on him yet. He’s lethal when he’s on, as we’ve seen.
Days needs to stay out of foul trouble.
We need someone who wants to get dirty on the boards besides Watford.
Javonte idk, he’s struggling right now. He’s forcing the outside shot too much. I think he’s at his best when he’s getting to the rim or in the mid range game. Occasional 3 ball but 7-8 a game is too much unless he’s on fire.
The talent is still there. This was a shitty week but this team can still win. Not ready to give up quite yet.
Hopefully they can turn it around. Man losing out on that C sucks now. That kid would have change this entire team.

I agree. He needs some basic guidance. If someone is in your face, take them on a drive or pass it. Take the threes when it is open. He’s taking too many bad shots with people in his face. He can make them, but obviously the percentages go way down. He seems to be able to get 2s at will by driving, so he needs to use that. If he can learn to occasionally kick it out, this team would explode.

Scoring, and efficiency are two different things. When will people get this through their hard heads?

When was the last time he was "on"? I cringe every broadcast when the announcers start talking about how he "can shoot from anywhere". No, he WILL shoot from anywhere. But he's shooting, I believe, now under 30% from three. That's not slumping for a game or two. He has been terrible from three. And it's not like these shots are rimming out. How many times a game does he hit the backboard, the front of the rim, the side of the rim, the bottom of the net, or shoot an air ball? I mean, I'm sorry, I know all of his worshipers will hammer me with downvotes and say nothing to refute any of this, as always, but there is no way to sugar coat it. He is WAY off on his shot.
When he's driving to the rim, making some layups, and getting fouled, that is where he helps this team. And he's good at that. I give credit where it is due. But, my goodness... I don't know what happened to his shot, but you have to earn a green light. And please don't tell me "he's just a freshman". I know that, thank you. This is about whether or not he should be taking as many shots as he does, not about whether or not we should expect more from him. I'm not asking the kid to be awesome. I'm just critical of Wade allowing this special treatment to continue.

You think 5 stars coming to LSU to play for ww because they like him as a coach or LSU as a program? lol

I’d like to see what cook can do off the bench! Can be much worse than the product on the floor

It’s the only reason CT is here. I was privy to parts of his recruitment. It was said many times he’s being brought here to shoot shoot and shoot more. Wade knew this group needed a volume scorer and the team knew what his role would be day one. He’s hit a wall and is struggling from the floor. As he goes so goes this team.

Assume you are not aware Javonte has has shot 43% on 3 point shots. No doubt you only focus on the ones he misses or the times he shoots it a little early in the shot clock.

Everybody has the green light on this team. Wade doesn’t discipline anyone for bad shots, lazy passing, bad effort, etc.
I have no problem with CT trying to force some shots bc many possessions JS and TW don’t even look to him.

I like Cam but the legend of him has kind of taken on a life of its own. He’s a borderline chucker that doesn’t do much else for you.
Nearly sub 40% from the field, 29% from 3, just 1.3 asts a night.
People talk about him being one and done and I just don’t see it.

He's 6 for 38 from 3 in last 6 games. We're in a quandry, we need his scoring. Normally I would say bench someone who's 6 for last 38 from 3, but where does scoring come from ?

Wade is stuck between a rock and a hard place now for giving him the constant green light. If he takes away his green light now then you could hurt his confidence and that’s no good for a shooter.
That being said this team has fundamental problems bigger than just Thomas being in a slump.

Love you wannabe coaches talking shite. Let the team work through the slump.
Wade needs to play cook more. Need a true point right now. Javonte is not the answer

Not defending, just curious.
Who would you rather be taking Thomas' shots?
The demise of this team is that Thomas shots don't seem to be falling since he hurt his foot.
Prior to his injury he could hit the threes and hit forty three free throws in a row.
Don't blame it on the best player on the team. He has to make his own shots, one one, because no other player feeds him when he is open.
