At this point, I can’t even keep track. But you would think after the POTUS signs off on an EO, he would be following it like ten minutes later.

That’s not the point. The man signed off on a mask mandate on federal property, and didn’t follow his own mandate not even ten minutes later. Then, his press secretary said it was ok because he was celebrating.
Well, tomorrow is Friday so I guess I will celebrate everywhere without a mask. LOL!

There's a little known secret codicil in the US Constitution which grants the President authority concerning the matters of ' Do as I say, not as I do ' .
Thankfully, Joe has been around in government so long, only he knows of this rule.
