Well they have been saying Trump killed all the Covid patients although local governments are 100 responsible for care and shutdowns . So yeah ihe was to start getting blamed

WaPo seems to think so, but really they're setting up the excuse for 6 months, 1 year, 2 years (mid-term) when his policies have failed so they can blame Trump (who oversaw the largest expansion ever and the largest as a percentage since Reagan).
