Biden Dissolves Trump’s 1776 Commission on U.S. History

On a historic day for American democracy, Joe Biden was sworn in as the nation’s 46th president on the same Capitol steps that were held by rioters only two weeks previously. And in a move that will help to frame U.S. history in classrooms, the new chief executive eliminated the 1776 Commission as one of his first official actions.

I read the 1776 Project's main report/offering last night sitting in my hotel room, it was a very good, factual read.
It wasn't anything pertaining to partisan politics and dealt with facts only, so I'm not sure why they'd feel the need to eliminate it?
This is 100% an effort to taint and remove ANY possible legacy Trump could leave behind - factual, educational, and bipartisan or not.
