You can go to the youtube live stream and rewind to the beginning. I know moscona gets a lot of hate, and it's warranted but i respect him for not holding back and calling out his friend for incompetence that is hurting the university's image

Basically that they've had 4 weeks since they fired Bo and they're just being made aware of the contract stipulation that sunk this deal. He also said they should've contacted Sean Payton first as a courtesy. Payton is being an a-hole but it's his right and the contract enforces it.

O keeps crediting Ponamsky for the “great job” he’s doing with the DC search, so it’s obvious he has a major role to play in the process. He had a month to vet candidates and get Nielsen lined up, but didn’t do his due diligence in not knowing about the clause in his Saints contract. By all accounts this is a major mistake by him, since-again-he’s the guy O keeps crediting.

Yep, scary, but true. DP is called out by name by the head coach more than any other 'staff member' and especially when it comes to adding other coaches or analysts. Not necessarily because of the great job he's doing, but in a sense to justify his importance in the role he plays. Just imagine another SEC program having their coaching searches largely spearheaded by an ex radio host.
