we are in a tough spot rn with all the title IX stuff but we are digging ourselves a even bigger hole with optics, first the whole marching thing and O being absent was a huge hit and now O going on blabbing about 2 guys and then getting left at the altar really has us looking like we're a irrelevant team, what exactly has he been doing for the past year

I have no problem with convicted felons getting other opportunities. The problem is that this position at most other universities and nfl teams isn’t just being a mouthpiece for the coach. Most guys have skins on the wall in the sports industry for at least 10 years. Most assistants and DFO’s start out likely in equipment or video and move their way up. This guy ran a website and helped use connects to get in with O and parlayed that into a 6 figure job and seems to be over his head since neither can shut their mouth and are getting used as leverage by every Tom, Dick or Harry for a promo.
