A pit bull would never be considered a service dog as they are far too stupid. Half the service dogs that our handlers bought were trained for years and still not considered deployable. Those dogs have a higher IQ than half the OT

It is my opinion that the owner of a pet, any pet, should be charged with the same crime that a human would have been charged with in each case. In this case the owner should be charged with assault and battery. If a dog kills a person, then the owner should be charged with manslaughter. And this piece of shite fled the scene. Should be a charge there too.

They also have among the most aggressive natures a dog could have. Imagine some handicapped person with a pitbull service dog.
