I don’t think they’re looking at the same guys. Whatever OC we’re looking to hire is not Saban is gonna go after. And that’s not to say Saban/Bama are better, I think it’s just a very different fit, personality wise mostly, but scheme wise as well. And I think O is looking more at NFL position guys than Saban would consider.

My thoughts exactly. First thing I thought when the news broke that Sark is candidate for UT job, was great now we have to fight Saban for an OC. And probably UT for DC.
