I always get that confused with something Mr. Miyagi said to Daniel-san.

Luke, you're going to find that many of the truths we cling to depend greatly on our own point of view

Obi Wan was kinda squirrely about this , but I still like the quote.

Obi-Wan to Luke: “... and these blast points, too accurate for sand people. Only Imperial stormtroopers are so precise.”

Sand people must be the worst marksmen in the galaxy.

I wonder, how many didn't know that quote and where it was from the moment they read it?

And I'm not any sort of SW 'master'

"Yes, I'll bet you have." Not necessarily the words, but how it was delivered right before Han fries Greedo.

Also: "flying through space isn't like dusting crops, boy"

Yep.

A Harrison Ford ad lib if I remember correctly

Not ad libs per se, but a LOT of the dialog was fixed because the cast would read what Lucas wrote and found it just plain horrible.

A good reason the original trilogy is so loved is that Lucas was a big idea man, and when it came to the little stuff a lot of folks convinced him to listen to them.

That's why the dialog in the prequels is so freaking bad. Lucas didn't think he needed anyone's help writing anymore.
