Love Heberts stuffed chickens.

Had Chinese takeout (wife's families tradition). Back at home now and enjoying some Ardbeg 10yo.

Found some Wagyu ribeyes at the local market that I grilled on the BGE. Twice baked taters in the oven.

Cooked a chicken stew this afternoon for Christmas Day lunch.,

Filets, woodies & chicken breasts grilled, plenty sides and millers/bourbon/red wine flowing for every one. Great time had opening presents and sharing stories. Merry Christmas y'all.
