As a professional athlete you can do only one of these two things.

I really don't care about it. The whole maskless part thing at least. What was he celebrating though? Alex Smith had them on a 4 game win streak and then when he gets hurt, Haskins goes in a promptly loses again in a game where he barely had over 5 YPA and 2 picks? Against that trash Seahawks defense?

Maybe. But this isn’t the issue.
You are absolutely right. Haskins could get COVID and at his age and health he could never even know about it without testing.
But he knows the NFL’s rules. Whether he likes it or not he could pass COVID to others on the team which could knock them out of their final 2 games which as mentioned above are critical to them making the playoffs.
It’s an immensely selfish thing to do - whether you like the rules or not - especially for someone that has played so poorly.

I can’t stand this kid. He was basically crying saying he was so thankful for a second chance in his mop up duty win against the 49ers last weekend. He had to hold onto a lead the defense gave them and he still almost screwed it up. He was on the sidelines praying when the 49ers had the ball at the end of the game. He is an absolute phony and clown. And then he was abysmal vs the Seahawks.
