How many National Championships could Urban Meyer win at LSU? It would be ridiculous.

The dynasty Meyer would create at LSU would be historic.

He should really consider it, but he won’t. Just saying

We've won 3 NCs in the last two decades, two of them with bona fide idiots at the helm.

We shouldn't feel beholden to any coach, ever.

Let's get real here. Orgeron didn't win anything. 2019 was all Aranda, Brady, and Burrow. Orgeron is nothing but a cheerleader, his lack of insight involving Coordinator's should disqualify him from making any coaching decisions.

Yeah for all the people that I argued with for years that said LSU won in spite of Miles, last year forces me to admit they may have had a point because Orgeron is just awful

This isn’t true. O deserves credit for literally getting out of the way, which I would expect the likes of Herman or Smart or Mullen to manage to screw up what we had. He deserves credit for that. This year is when we actually need a *coach* and not a cheerleader, and these are the results, aside from the mass exodus from the program from the staff and personnel.

Like it or not, he was the head coach during LSU‘s greatest season ever and national coach of the year. If we’re going to have any objectivity, we have to be willing to give props where props are due.

Yeah I’ve made that point before.

I said going into the season he just needed to stay out of the way and he did. Not all coaches would have done that for sure.

You can coach your team out of a title just a easily as coaching them into one.

....it shouldn’t be hard for LSU to hire an actual good coach. Have an actual search and interview process next time. I dunno.

O is 3-5.
Les is 0-9.

This seems to occur when a coach feels he has gotten bigger than the program.

Isn't that exactly what he said he was going to do when he became LSU's Head Coach. He admitted that "Hands On" was his mistake at OLe Miss. He vowed that he was going to let the assistants do their job. They did, we won, then Covid.

Unlike Miles who always ran the "lack of" offense.

It shows you what we could become

It also shows you what could’ve been....
