Anyone who thinks that turkey is the best dish is delusional.

At best, a turkey roll is a close second.

I always like ham better anyway at Thanksgiving. Mama would cook the ham in beer, turned out real good. Really liked slicing a brown and serve roll and making a bit of a sandwich of it.

The duck in a terducken is the next best - chicken stuffed with crawfush etouffee is close, but yes a nice smoked and glazed ham is the GOAT
