This will likely get me banned but it shouldn’t. Love LSU but their SJW admin has promoted Covid & systemic racism to be huge issues, while not bothering at all to bring up actual controversies.

He’s apparently gone to the media and is making a big deal about it now.
This happened 2-3 years ago and his daughter was continuing to be abused and, according to some posters on here, is still in communication with Davis and perhaps still hanging out with him.
There is not a single person or entity in this story that did the right thing: not the victim, the perpetrator, his parents, her parents, coaches, administrators, police, etc.
Everyone failed.

You can be a legit victim, and still make poor decisions before, during and after a crime.

It's really not anyone's business, in the least, if she has or has not.
Those are personal questions for her alone and have absolutely nothing to do with the guilt of Davis or of anyone covering it up.
