Here is the bottom line:
Yall dont need to try and say "what for the facts" with Davis. He beat this girl

So is the tennis player that was beaten by Drake Davis the same player accusing Guice of rape? Or was this a different tennis player? I am confused

It's been proven over and over again if you bother to open a book.
No. What has been proven is that women who suffer from protracted and systematic abuse will in fact protect their abusers, especially where they are in long-term relationships with those abusers.
The question here is whether this woman actually suffered from repeated abuse at the hands of an LSU player, and what reports were made about that abuse. In determining whether that abuse took place and was reported, the fact that the alleged victim continues to have positive interactions with the alleged abuser years after the alleged events is relevant. The only way you can automatically construe those communications as the result of prolonged abused women syndrome is if you assume that the systemic abuse took place in the first instance - which is predetermining the very issue in question.
I cannot stand people who presume to talk about matters of evidence and law when they clearly have zero training in either.
Which, again, brings me back to the primary point: none of the posters here have all of the evidence about what happened. The reactions here are hyperbolic and reckless speculation at this juncture.

He plead guilty to it, admitted it to Verge, and is on video doing it
What are you struggling with?

That's actually not a question here, but by all means, pontificate more. fricking windbag
I wonder how many people like you were in the Penn St fanbase.

To be honest I think the admins need to get a handle on these threads with a quickness. We have posters calling out victims and other posters throwing in LSU administrative people.
This entire thing is a black eye. Throwing peoples names out or trying to victim blame doesn’t help any situation.

That's not true. Was there one instance of abuse or repeated instances? Were the instances reported? Were the reports consistent, inconsistent, contested, uncontested? When were the reports made and to whom? Were there actions taken in response to the reports? Did the accuser recant her accusations? What actions did she ask to be taken?
I could go on and on. There are so many unknown facts that bear directly on LSU's level of culpability. You can't hold a trial on a message board.
I don't know why it is so difficult for some of you to simply wait for a full investigation, rather than speculating wildly.

And I can’t imagine this happening to either one. But I would have no problem asking “after he did this the first time why did you go back the second time and why did you allow him in your apartment for a third time”?

Nice substantive response. I'll await more of your brilliant legal and evidentiary analysis, Clarence Darrow.

Is it though? I haven’t seen any real proof of that other than it mentioned on here.

the victim's credibility and behavior did more to undermine this investigation than LSU's incompetence. I agree some heads will have to roll for this but we are hearing one side of the story and LSU is doing some of these girls a favor by not releasing all the documents.

He pled guilty once to the police for one occasion, and told verge he punched her on a separate occasion. He is also on video doing it
So, anymore long winded responses of you ignoring the fact he beat her multiple times?

There isn't much else to say. You've got your head in the sand, and you think your profession and use of big words is impressing anyone.
