Seen Dat Band at several weddings. Best I've seen at getting the crowd involved.

Average around $5k. The River City Hit Squad quoted me $3750 for an 8 piece band including the ceremony music, reception and second line. Not a bad price

The Bag of Donuts are the worst. Don’t consider them unless they are super cheap or something.

Phunky Monkeys are incredible and they're from NOLA. Check them out. You won't be disappointed

Friend had the band No Idea play. Very versatile in the genres of music. Got the crowd into it, I'd recommend.

I had Phunky Monkeys at my wedding in February. Also liked Bucktown Allstars and Groovy 7. Their 2020 pricing was between $6000-$8000. All were well worth the price. These are great bands that know how to engage a crowd.

I saw James Martin Band perform recently and was very impressed. It wouldn’t be your typical wedding band vibe. They played covers in more of a brass band style. The covers were songs by Stevie Wonder, Dr. John and even female pop stars. He is a talented musician and writes his own stuff as well. Anyway, thought a little variety in your list might be good.

Hope everything with the wedding goes smoothly for you!
