He should qualify without issue. He meets the requirements of 3 games or less and out by first half of the season.

Having Myles for 2021 and 2022 has serious Natty potential. Dude was throwing at an All American level, pre-injury.

I didn't know that. Great news.

Sadly, I predict he transfers out, you have these 2 young guys, plus Nussmeier. If Myles doesn't I bet TJ or Johnson does.

This year doesn't count towards eligibility, even without the redshirt

I've heard that this year doesn't actually count towards the eligibility

I think Myles says final year, he's stayed this long and was balling out when he got hurt. But it's 2020, so who the hell knows

You realize if he doesn't play this year, he may be the least experienced QB on the roster next year?

Why would he transfer?
He is still number one by a big margin.
If the freshmen improve drastically, then someone will probably evaluate their situation.

LOL. Myles is light years better than any other QB on the roster.

He will be the starter as long as he's here and healthy.

Whenever Orgeron was proclaiming him "our QB" he knew what was up.

Brennan will have surgery, probably this week, and will return next year and be the starter.

who knows what will happen after another 6 months. By the time spring practice is over, one of Finley or Johnson could be the best QB on roster.

Yeah, Myles will be gone if that happens. The good thing for him is that he'd still have 2 years to play because this year doesn't count.
