Like others who competed, I will not vote, but I do want to say there were very good entries (no names will be mentioned), from the first to last, and the one that was too late.

Competition for this is really tough, as it should be.

Thanks for the food porn guys.

I think most of us are voting... just not for ourselves. That would be a bit biased.

All of the pork tenderloin preparations looked awesome. Really liked the look of that Rahmschnitzel. Had it been served with mashed potatoes I would likely have it #1. Not sure if I'm supposed to judge only the pork, or the entire plate. I'm doing the entire plate. And I love mashed potatoes. So I vote:

I would have voted you #1, but unfortunately, your bid was was not the highest. One more BBA stout would have made all the difference...

Absolutely this. I am getting ideas from this group. The diversity of techniques is great. This is what the thread should be about. I hope nobody gets upset about not winning, because it's a tough group to beat...

Yep this! Because of ruger35s rib submission and someone else's comment in the thread I'm going to do my smoke SV fried ribs as a 3 bone sized "patty" and make it "Nashville hot hot". Toss on a bun with mayo, shredded iceberg, and pickles. See what comes of dat

100%... I would never expect to win with all the talented cooks/chefs on here. I didn't even go super crazy with my recipe, but stayed true to something I would cook for a good date night.

If I only had a nickel for every time my wife told me, "Honey, the recipe only calls for 2 cloves of garlic.".

I know. Trust me on this one...
