I prefer Blue Plate Mayo, but I loved Duke when I lived in NC and Blue Plate was unavailable.

I think off-brand condiments survive on purchases made by people who don't actually use them but know that their guests will expect them. No one who actually likes ketchup buys Hunt's. No one who actually likes Worcestershire sauce buys anything other than Lea & Perrins, etc.
