The remote notary does not have to be in Louisiana. You can use a notary from any state which allows remote notarization.
Remote notarizations works great for simple affidavits, verifications and acknowledgments but are not allowed for other documents such as a testament. ...

Took us about 40 minutes in line before we were directed to the dorm. Unloaded quickly but had to wait on the one elevator. Otherwise - no complaints and much better than when I moved myself in 1997. ...

Daughter dances - dance at 11 a.m. awards at 7 p.m. (if they are running on time)...such a pain.
Boys play sports - only make awards if they keep winning and know immediately as the game ends if they are going on.
With dance - no one ever knows until awards what the scores are so everyone has ...

Dollywood is a good time and so is the water park if you go during the summer.
We went during 4th of July this summer and the lines were negligible. There is no need to get the Dollywood version of the “fast pass.” Kids rode the Screaming Eagle and Tennessee Tornado on loop. Shows are pretty go...

Couldn’t snap…the ball was not marked ready for play until the Bama player ran off the field. Right at start of this video notice how JD5 is looking back at the ref with his hand in the air as the guy is running off. As Bama leaves, ref signals ready for play.

We tried the same route - stuck on Ben Hur for 45-minutes to an hour. We thought it would start moving and never did. Finally, found a spot to turn around and went back to River Road to casino....

Family in Chanhassen and we went up for cancelled Mardi Gras this year. High while there 10. Low was -17 with wind chill of -30.
