After 16 years, Nissan is finally redesigning the Frontier.
The Frontier is being unveiled overseas first (known as the Navara) to compete with the overseas version of the Chevrolet Colorado, Ford Ranger, and Toyota Hilux. It will be branded as the Frontier in the US.
It's likely to have the same 3.8L V6 as the current model, paired to a 9 speed automatic. The interior looks very good.
I like it better than the other mid sized trucks to be honest. I know that 2023 will being a redesigned Chevrolet Colorado, GMC Canyon, and Toyota Tacoma - and those are likely going to bring more powerful, more efficient engines and great designs.
There are also rumors that the first ICE vehicle produced out of the new Honda/General Motors partnership will be a body on frame pickup truck - likely the next generation Ridgeline. So the Ridgeline may not be based on a minivan for much longer.

I bought a 2013 model brand new. Drove it for 140k miles and never had one single issue on it. The Frontiers are solid, baw!

My old frontier had worse turning than an 18 wheeler.
Think it was an '07. Wonder if they ever fixed that.

We have the 2WD and 4WD at work and honestly they are solid and drive well. I had the 4WD and have took it through some decent mud scouting power lines in storms. Drove it to/through hurricanes Harvey and Michael and it was a comfortable ride the whole way.

No.
It’s a phaggoty mixture of a Honda Ridgeline and a Chevy Colorado

Looks good for a small truck I guess

Tacoma is easily the best looking mid sized truck... that’s now a close second.

Are the luggage rails and those things in the back standard equipment?
What is that, some type of faux roll bar?

Does it come with black duct tape on the gear shifter, or is that an upgrade?
