Is this an invitation to start talking shite or are you genuinely asking us not to talk shite... not sure what motivates you but I'm more than happy to call you a fatty if that'll help.
ON a serious note, congratulations man. Losing weight and keeping weight off isnt easy.

As someone else asked, did you cut alcohol? Or did you "keto" alcohol. Mostly brown water/vodka and low carb beer.

Awesome job man! Ignore the negativity.
My wife and I have also lost a lot of weight since January and it always seems to be family that makes the biggest deal out of it.

I’ve been lucky that weight has never been an issue for me. I prettt much eat what I want but as I’ve aged. I’ve wanted to eat healthier stuff. I eat tuna/avocado/tomatoes almost every day for lunch. Oatmeal every morning, a home cooked dinner of something like roast or chicken fajitas, and splurge on ice cream 4-5 nights a week. I also walk almost 7000 steps about 5 nights a week.
I weigh less now than I did when I graduated. I absolutely loathe lifting weights though so I’m skinny. I wish I could change that.
That said, we all have our struggles. I used to drink almost every night for years and it got very bad at a few points. Caused me much heartache and hurt my career and relationships. Almost 5 years sober now and that helps the weight issue too.
So, we all struggle at something, keep improving!! Stay active. What motivates me is that fat people seem so miserable all the time. To do anything active like. 3 mile hike should be fun, not a physical endurance things.

I've gone from 290 to 258 in just over 2 months. Being fat isn't healthy. Getting there. Congrats.

Tries to act like he doesn't like the attention by starting a thread seeking attention.

Isn't it great how many people tell you "You're too skinny!" now even being 20-30 lbs over what is considered underweight? Where were they when I was most definitely too fat?

It's amazing how much weight us males can lose just by not eating as much. I don't even exercise due to a spinal issue and just cut my food intake. 245 to 200 in 6 months.

Congratulations on the weight loss. How old are you and what other benefits have you noticed since the drop in weight? More energy, lower blood pressure, etc.

Good for you. I've gained a good bit of weight during this "pandemic", but I've got to start doing what you're doing.

Went from 240 to 170 from working out and changing my diet
Congratulations! I lost 85 pounds about 6 or 7 years ago and experienced the same thing. I did the Mediterranean diet and exercise. I will never go back to the way I was.. Keep up the good work.

You should be proud of yourself. That's a lot of work and commitment. F people that try to bring you down.

That’s absolutely ridiculous. I didn’t even weigh close to that much at 9 months pregnant, and I’m 5’8.
What you’re replying to was deleted - so you didn’t weigh close to 170 or 240 at 9 months pregnant?
