Doctor/Nursing shortage in Australia. When my daughter's were in Nursing School they were constantly getting mail/emails from Head Hunters advertising openings in Australia.
Pediatric Heart Surgeon is a very specialized field, but in a major city like Adelaide, you would think there would be at least one.

I love Australia, but its shite like this that makes me glad I moved back to the United States. My father-in-law had to wait two years just to have a knee replacement. Socialized medicine is insane. It would take a shite-ton of money to make me to even consider moving back.
