re: Rudy G said Hunter's Attorney contacted asking for the HDD back minutes after story broke

The hard drive and its contents became the legal property of the owner of the computer store when Hunter failed to pay within 90 days. He doesn't have to give anything back. The fact that they would ask for it back acknowledges that it belonged to Hunter. Hunter's signature on the computer contract form can be verified by handwriting experts. The information associated with the computer can be used to find when and where it was bought.

That's why the law provides for 'discovery', dipschit.
Hunter should sue.

Trump is not obligated to release his taxes. Ever. The only reason anyone wants them is to launch a smear campaign even if he broke no tax laws so I'd not release them either.
Biden won't release things the public absolutely is entitled to know, public policy things like Supreme Court choices. Cabinet post candidates and last but not least where he stands on court packing.
How does an unemployed bum with no experience at much of anything acquire a net worth of 156 million dollars? (Alleged but he certainly is not destitute)
WHY do all these foreign entities throw all this money at Hunter Biden? Not for charitable reasons I can assure you.

Does anyone else find it odd that Hunter happens to drop off this computer to a blind guy who can’t verify who dropped it off...This blind guy happens to be a Trump supporter and says the person didn’t come back to pick it up. So, the blind guy decides to look at what’s on the hard drive and it happens to be tons of damning info and then the computer guy somehow gets the info to Giuliani....And this is all coming out 3 weeks before the election. Sounds like something the Dems would have come up with against Trump

I thought the FBI had the HDD. The copy, that Rudy has, doesn’t belong to Biden.

Seems like he could see it in the NY Post

Yeah, I wasn't disputing that. I was just pointing out how the "Russians" angle makes no sense.

Biden family wants to know the extent of the damage caused by this before it comes out so they can prep the counter stories. You can only do that if you know what is one it and I am going to assume the memory of the son is not great.
1. Rudy has hunter’s signature on the agreement for service on the laptop.
2. The lawyer being involved confirms this is hunters laptop.
3. The Biden campaign’s only chance is to suppress the information or lie about it, they are not really disputing its authenticity yet. I am sure that lie is on its way. The fact they are having the media carry water on this tells you it’s basically real.
4. Russians Russians Russians

Libs will just say Hunter's laptop was stolen
I’m sure there was a clause in the contract he signed

Well if Hunter ever claimed that it is not his hard drive that angle of defense became more difficult. His lawyer implicitly confirmed it is Hunter’s HD.
Sounds like the attorney is as dumb as his clients.

He never came to pick up a laptop he dropped off.
I’d say your assumption would be a correct one.

That Libs scrambling to blame this on Russia are full of shite.
I was about to say. It means Rudy was not, in fact, the target of Russian misinformation efforts like the Dems are trying to spin now. Seems like this completely validates the content of that hard drive.

Not Rudy. He said they contacted the computer shop (or merchant as he called it) asking for it back.

The attorney reached out to the store owner as well. These emails are real, folks.

Not sure how this works legally, but if the shop owner was asked to retrieve the hard drive from the water damaged computers, and the owner doesn't pay or pick up the computers for months, does the shop owner now "own" the computers? No one seems to question the shop owners actions here, and the hack angle has been all but abandoned already.

Not 100% sure, but I think that is how it works. He can pretty much fix them up and sell them.
