New Orleans mayor claims (incorrectly) that no NFL fixed-roof facility allows fans
She also hasn’t responded to calls or emails from the team since September.

I was there as well. Ricky Williams was freakishly huge when I walked by him m.

Get me some more pixels and I can figure out which one of those blobs is me and my dad. We were 5-10 rows up just behind the corner of the end zone.

All of the tickets should be sold to New Orleans zip codes or Saints season ticket holders. Baton Rouge as a whole didn't give a shite the last time the Saints played there in what was probably a once in a lifetime opportunity. They didn't show up then, and aren't deserving of tickets now.
You're right, we don't give a shite. The coward Brees and his army of anti-American malcontents can play in a dump as far as I care. When I lived in NO I was a season ticket holder for many years, now I root for whoever plays them. NO will never again get a dime of mine.

quote:Those Saints were bad. These Saints, at least in the recent years, are good. But you're right...I've been to a few Saints games during the displaced season and it was a weird atomosphere.
ETA: I went to the Dolphins/Saints game (aka Nick Saban's 1st game back in Tiger Stadium post-LSU) that was played there during the displaced season
it was certainly a weird atmosphere all things considered

surprised a coach or player wouldn't be told to just not discuss this issue... instead it looks like the team got the green light to talk about it

Sean Payton on potentially playing at LSU:
"If it was playing it in the Dome with no fans or up there with 25,000 of our fans, then every one of us would make the second choice. We would embrace it."
He added playing at Tiger Stadium "would be exciting."

She won’t be bullied.
No she won't, this will only make her dig in more.
She don't know that she don't know. That fixed roof BS rationalization was so weak and you could almost hear folks laughing that had to report it and easily counter it. Folks in the media that probably want to give her the benefit of the doubt but can't cause her stance is so baseless.
