Overall frequency of alcohol consumption increased by about 14% from 2019, the researchers reported in the journal JAMA Network Open. That increase averages out to about one additional drinking day per month by 75% of adults.

Our alcohol spend went way up, but restaurant spend went down.
Not sure drinking is way up based on that. I feel like I'm drinking more, but maybe just because every time I drink it's at home rather than 1-2 nights at home and 1-2 out.

I cant drink anymore, was recently told the damage from my teens and 20s was too much. Even for casual dining with wine or a beer.
