The article does point out that Holly Zoller who rented the Uhaul loaded with riot gear was arrested and the truck impounded. This is a start. In case some don't want to actually read the article, Holly Zoller works for and organization called "The "Bail Project". This organization pays the bail for rioters and agitators arrested during "peaceful" protests held in Democrat controlled cities throughout the U.S. The Bail Project's board of directors are all Soros fellows.
