If I’m Sean Payton, here’s how I turn this team around

1. Focus on football. No more SJW bullshite until they stop playing like shite. No more “woke” nonsense until they can stay awake on the field.
2. Light a fire under Old Man Drew’s arse. Give Jameis some first team reps in practice. This is a “what have you done for me lately”, results-driven business. Tell Brees if he doesn’t get it together, there will be changes.
3. Use Taysom. You gave him that massive deal to use him for 14 plays on offense?! Let the man play.
4. Judging by his play, Malcolm Jenkins is clearly more invested in his retirement gig with CNN. Show him the door and walk him to the studio in Atlanta.
5. Cut all DBs named Williams.
Y’all pass this along to Coach. Any other suggestions? I’ll hang up and listen.

I think team will be playing better by week 4 or 5. NFL had no preseason games and very limited OTA's. I want hit panic until after week 5.

2. Have Brees throw against air in a private evaluation between Sean and Drew.
3. He throws to spots on the field for Sean to evaluate arm strength.
4. The evaluation is not one of accuracy or timing with WR's.
5. If Drew does not have the arm strength, the marked locations are the reality check for Drew.
Sometimes we need to see the shocking truth for acceptance to manifest.
