"We didn't get it, burn it down" protesters shout in Louisville
Louisville will be our primary stage of rioting in today's coverage. National Guard is activated, curfew is in effect starting at 9pm.
People are already marching, and this is where we begin.

didn't take long at all for a bunch of people with equipment suitable to start trouble to roll out into the streets in the middle of a workday with relatively short notice
