"Cuties" is popular on Netflix

So who is watching this crap?
We have that many pedophiles? Or is it a lot of parents wanting to see if it is really that bad? Or is it just curious perverts?
I say it is all the above. Netflix won't ban it now with that many people watching. Sure they might be losing share price and subscriptions, but it will turn around. In the meantime they have a created a new baseline in how low can you go with your content.
"Cuties" #4 on Netflix?

If you watch two minutes of the show, it’s considered a view. That’s how their top 10 rankings are calculated.
A unique view of at least two minutes.

They may drop it. Stock has dropped by over 17% since last Monday. They are feeling the backlash.
Good time to buy, though, in my opinion.

I'm sure Netflix would never manipulate the rankings...

Its only in popular section to be marketed and pushed as a top 10.

The people who made this got the world to look at child porn. That was the sole point in my opinion. The reason people don't want to release some of the Epstein blackmail tapes of influential individuals is that to release the content in itself is a felony.
But a media group was able to spread this filth and by only using curiosity, had a great number of people just dip their toes into it.
It's a blatant play to expose this shite to a mass of wandering eyes. And some have played right into it.

People will watch anything they think other people are flocking to. They hear all the controversy and everyone jumps on it no matter how horrible it is. It’s like idiocracy.

biden loves it, he has it running on an endless loop

White liberal males aka pedophiles

The more people rage over it the more people will watch it. Kinda how it works.

yep, its like a car wreck, you know you probably wont like what you see but you are compelled to look at it any way as you pass by

The number of views will be offset by the number of canceled subscriptions. Who cares how many are watching it if they’ve already paid and keep their subscription, if the overall number of subscribers drops? Besides, if people are watching it to that degree then maybe Netflix has crap for a library of choices.

Yet people by the millions are scrapping Netflix, but the perverts who haven't are watching "Cuties."

I will never watch it, nor will my wife, but she has now taken up the defense of the director after listening to Ben Shapiro defend the director as someone who is trying to bring attention to the problem.
My stance is that you don't have to exploit these children to "show" the problem.

Seriously?
He is defending the Director's positions? I can't believe that. What is he doing?
If they want to bring attention to it, you do a documentary. You don't get children to act out and do the things you are trying to expose? Geez.
Documentary would've been the correct format, but as a director of film, she wanted to create buzz around her and do something controversial that will bring eyeballs to her at the film festivals.
Can't make money with documentaries, plus it is a lot of hard work.

Ever heard the saying any, any publicity is good publicity?
This is a prime example.

I've thought about looking at it to see how bad it is, but I know I'll just get pissed off. I couldn't make it past episode 2 of the Epstien documentary.
Anybody read that the CEO of Netflix is being charged for posession of child porn? You think that stock has dropped already? It's about to tank.
