I hope this is a feel good piece and not some social justice/covid fueled attach on O and the LSU program.

Well he will be surrounded by a piece on mail in voting & H.R. McMaster. In typical 60 Minutes fashion those 2 subjects will definitely be hit pieces on Trump. Weekly you can usually rely on 2 out of the 3 segments to be either pro-democrat or anti-republican.

Do you still watch 60 Minutes? If so, why? Weekly news magazines are an outdated journalistic medium. And you apparently hate it.

I’m guessing this is going to be geared around his small town upbringing, his issues at Miami, his success at USC, followed by his failures at Ole Miss and then his resilience to come back and win a national title. Like someone else said, it’s likely one of their feel-good pieces. I doubt it has much, if any, to do with societal issues

Actually 60 Minutes is often the most viewed prime time program in a given week, with audiences approaching 10 million. Over the course of it’s 52 years 60 Minutes has remained one of the most popular shows on TV. So it’s kind of a big deal for Coach O to have a segment.
