If Trump were a Dem president

Was thinking earlier about all of Trumps accomplishments and how Democrats mostly trash all of them...
But if Trump were a democrat even with 95% of the same policies... he’d be seen as a top 5 president in history with what he’s doing domestically and foreign policy.

He’s actually accomplished what most democrats wanted done just 10 years ago. Stop globalism, end war and bring troops home, criminal justice reform, defend the police, believe it or not, democrats use to be on the police side
ETA: They’d have been against the tax cuts and regulation cuts, the wall, 10 years ago, would have been a tossup on how democrats reacted

To be honest, Trump is the epitome of old school democrat. I really kind of wish he’d almost have ran with the D party but had his same philosophy that he has now. Would have been able to accomplish even more, he’s done a lot don’t get me wrong.
There would still be some RINOS that hated him and folks on here since many can’t get past the D or R. Nancy Pelosi, if everything stayed the same, at this present moment, if Trump had a D behind his name would be saying he’s the best president in history.

If the unions were still aligned with their politics prior to 2008 Trump policies would be nearly everything the unions stood for. Now unions stand for open borders, illegal immigrants depressing wages and the offshoring of America’s industrial might. Don’t tell me the Dim ideology isn’t the ideology of the mentally ill. Lol

This is exactly what I was thinking.... he’s basically Mondale/Clinton but more effective

Yeah we should definitely jack up restrictions on carbon emissions and fossil fuel usage. Stop excavation for our own domestic energy sources. That’ll stop all natural disasters ever!!!

Well we are talking about a forest of evergreen pine trees.
Anyone with at least half a brain knows that Pine needles are some of the easiest things to burn. So when tree huggers prohibit you from cleaning the forest Mother Nature takes it into her own hands.
Actually, fires can be good for forests. They clean the forest floor, some trees need fire to open their cones to release their seeds.

Trust me, the Dems would still love criminal justice reform, the embassy in Jerusalem, and no illegals being deported. So literally nothing would be different.

The Dems loved him until he whipped Killary in the debates, then he became Hitler/Satan overnight. What’s sad is their voters don’t even realize or notice the hypocrisy.
