5% rate or lower parishes for 2+ weeks, bars can open, 25% capacity, seated, no more than 50 outside, no loud music allowed, orders just from table, no 18-20 years old allowed

Because science has shown us loud music helps transmit viruses
Quick look at JBE making these rules:

Did I hear JBE say no alcohol consumption in a restaurants?
Edit: after 10pm
I guess Covid is a nocturnal virus as long as you drink before 10pm you won’t get Covid. After 10pm you are in danger. Don’t drink after 10pm.

Posted this is the other thread but seemed more applicable here:
LDH spreadsheet only has totals through 9/2 for each Parish.
But from 8/20 through 9/2 the following Parishes were under 5%:
Bienville
DeSoto
East Carroll
Grant
Jeff Davis
Orleans
Ouachita
Plaquemines
Sabine
St John the Baptist
Again, that data is a week old but it's the most recent I could find

I hope all of those restrictions are a joke.

no loud music allowed

Because covid is smart and knows difference between inside/outside, 50/51, loud/quiet, 10pm/10:01pm
