Jason Chaffetz for 2024?

I think he just might get back in politics and run for President. He will have been away from an official position for 6 years by then.
The guy was very powerful in the Republican Party and likely has no skeletons that would preclude him from running.
He actually said he might get pack into politics at some point. I think he would be a great candidate.
Then, in 2028, maybe Donrald Trump Jr could take a crack. I just dont see the the country going in a good direction without a solid no nonense Republican at the helm.
At this point, the other choices are abysmal.

There are plenty of good choices for GOP in 2024. Their bench is much deeper than the Dems to be honest.

Ted Cruz will be the nominee in 2024 unless whoever replaces Biden is still in the white house.
Cruz won't waste a run on an incumbent IMO, but he will be the front runner for the GOP when he does choose to run, and I will happily vote for him. I might not agree with him on some stuff but he learned how to fight the dems from Trump.
