A friend that works directly in infectious diseases says that they are expecting some version of a 3rd wave after schools reopen.
My cynical view is that if JBE completely breaks character and goes Phase 3, he knows this too and if he decides to open, its to make the 3rd wave worse and keep us shutdown through the November election.
Otherwise it’s completely out of character for him to open.

The saints game approval from the state leads me to believe phase 3 by end of month. Possibly now. Seems a desire for commerce is there.
. Could stretch up to 2 weeks but I doubt further unless numbers spike
Nola almost certainly adds 2 weeks allowing a review before the saints game but not holding my breathe on the game having fans.
