What would happen if a black person killed 5 black people and then when the cops showed up, they had their guns aimed at him and told him to not move.. And he walks away from them and they shoot him in the back and he dies? Would they consider him another victim of police brutality?

You don't see the issue here? The cop's lives aren't in danger at that point...regardless of what he is "suspected" of doing prior to their arrival. Remember, he's innocent, just as you are, until proven guilty in a court of law. If he turns around and has a weapon, then all bets are off.
