Seasonal drinking

Do any of you drastically change what you drink as the weather changes?
For instance, during the hot New Orleans months, I treat scotch almost exclusively as an after dinner drink. Whereas during the fall and winter, I regularly order scotch at a bar.
In addition, I find myself drinking things like Hendricks and tonic a lot during the summer, but it would never occur to me to order a gin and tonic in November.
And don't get me started on those people who order Sazeracs at the Napoleon House in July.
Anyone else this rigid when it comes to drinking?

I don't think I've ordered anything other than a Pimm's cup at Napoleon House in a long time.

During summer, I mainly drink beer, but will switch to tropical type drinks (mojito, caipirinha) if I dink hard liqour. During winter, I pretty much only drink bourbun.

I switch from bourbon to gin during warmer months.
A Pimm's Cup from Napoleon House on a hot July day cannot be beat.
Also, Clooney, Acquistapace's in Covington has Hendricks for $17. Haven't priced it anywhere else recently, but this is the lowest I've seen it in a long time.

It's their specialty drink (it's light on alcohol, but great for the heat of the summer).
It's Pimm's liquer (basically British spiced rum) and sweet and sour poured equally in a tall glass. Topped off with a squirt of ginger ale (or 7 up). And a slice of cucumber.

Thanks for the heads up.

I drink Crown and coke in the fall and winter and Vodka Tonic in the spring and summer

I tend to drink more stouts when its colder. The heavier beers just don't seem to do in the warmer months.

Irish coffee when it's cold. Or a little Gran Marnier.

Beer- Good cool down in the heat of the summer, but its for all seasons.
Bourbon- mint julp is an old fashion styled drink during the summer and I do like the small batch bourbons.
Vodka- I drink it on the rocks with a squeeze of lime in the summer.
Wines- White in the summer and red in the winter.
